Avokaado enters into partnership with the Estonian Centre for Defence Investment

Avokaado formed a partnership with the Estonian Centre for Defence Investment – the first public organisation welcomed to the Avokaado contract lifecycle management platform that is used by tech-driven organisations globally.

Under the terms of the agreement, Avokaado will implement an in-house container solution to automate the contract assembly process of the Estonian national authority. The disclosed contract value is 120 000 euros.

The legal technology company Avokaado is streamlining legal document assembly by reducing the time spent on drafting, negotiating and signing quality contracts. The Avokaado platform is used in various business segments and verticals, like business development and sales enablement, HR, banking, education, construction, medicine. Avokaado is also widely used by law firms as an internal efficiency tool and for client-centric service delivery.

Kadi-Kai Kollo, Life Support Category Manager of the Estonian Centre for Defence Investment, commented: „One of our central functions is drawing up and managing contracts. The Avokaado solution provides a smarter approach to that part of our work – to unify, automate and implement the best practices. Our goal is to minimize the human errors from manual work and simplify the document workflow for our team.“

Avokaado offers a unique in-house container solution for creating, simultaneous editing, coordinating and signing contracts, together with personalized implementation support. „It is a great day for starting this collaboration. The work is now only starting, because we need to rethink the whole concept of our contracts and their management workflow. We expect this solution to bring along a significant development leap in the quality of our contracts,“ the Director General of the Estonian Centre for Defence Investment, Magnus-Valdemar Saar, added.

Mariana Hagström, the founder and CEO of Avokaado commented: „This year’s keyword in business is efficiency. It is a great pleasure to see the public sector moving at the same pace as the private sector here in Estonia, valuing time and contributing to smart scalable processes. Cooperation with the Estonian Centre for Defence Investment is an important milestone for Avokaado and it clearly shows that we have invested a lot into our platform infrastructure and scalability. It is a great pleasure to be a part of the advancement of our digital society, bringing workflow automation to the internal processes of our digital government.“
